Courtyard By Marriott - New York Comic Con

 

With the goal of connecting with younger audiences, Courtyard by Marriott partnered with New York Comic Con as the Official Hotel Partner. My role was to produce their on-site activation, which was a shipping container that turned into a fake hotel bistro. A key component of the activation was to broadcast live interviews from the bistro, hosted by Courtyard-sourced influencers.

With that in mind, over the course of four days I programmed conversations with A-list personalities (such as Lost’s Josh Holloway and the cast of his new series); I even arranged for a number of New York Giants players to throw down with fans in Madden, drawing large crowds. The result was a robust integration that positioned Courtyard as more endemic brand in the heart of the NYCC show floor.
